BRIDGING COORDINATORS

The Bridging Coordinators are the main link for the Weekend couples between the Weekend experience and becoming an active member in Love Circles and the community.  The Bridging Coordinators are responsible for organizing Bridging Circles and determining which couples will lead which Bridging Circle.

Specific responsibilities of the Bridging Couple are:

Contact the couples coming off the Weekend who have expressed an interest in joining a Bridging Circle to explain Bridging and find out if they are willing to go through the process.

Attend Weekend Reunions and explain to the couples what a Bridging Circle is

Organize Bridging Circles and contact Bridging Leaders to let them know which couples they will be leading

Stay in contact with the Bridging Leaders concerning the status of their Bridgings

Let the Bridging Leaders know which Love Circles are needing new members so that the couples can decide which circle they would like to join.

Attend Community Pillar meetings 2-3 times per year or as determined by the Community Pillar Coordinators.
