CIRCLE CONTACT COUPLES

The Circle Contact Couples are responsible for establishing and/or maintaining a circle in their area.  They will work closely with the Inviting Coordinators in getting information relating to Marriage Encounter to the circle couples, and invite new couples to join their circle.  They are also responsible for making sure that the circle meetings follow the guidelines that are established by Worldwide Marriage Encounter.

Specific responsibilities of the Circle Contact Couples are:

    Establish, with input from the circle members, the format for the circle

    Ensure that the circle and meetings stay focused on M.E.

    Ensure that the circle follows established M.E. guidelines

    Obtain and provide M.E. information to the circle members

    Maintain a master list of circle members, including their names, address and phone number, and provide the list to all circle members

    Notify Database Couple of any changes to the Circle

    Provide information concerning the circle (i.e. new members, new baby, etc.) to the newsletter couple

    Coordinate and assist with scheduling and rescheduling monthly meetings, as needed

    Establish a Circle Inviting Couple

    Establish a Circle Prayer Couple Coordinator

    Establish a Parish Contact Couple

    Stay excited, promote Marriage Encounter and daily dialogue, and keep the circle alive

    Attend Circle Contact Couples meeting 3 times per year, or as scheduled by the Circle Coordinator.
