Inviting Supply Couple

The Inviting Supply Couple is responsible for maintaining and delivering all the supplies needed for recruiting efforts, such as, pulpit blitzes, romantic dinners, information nights, etc.

Specific responsibilities of the Inviting Supply Couple Are:

    Maintain a written inventory of all supplies available in the inviting inventory

    Deliver the necessary supplies to the Inviting Coordinator for any inviting events

    Pick up supplies from the inviting Coordinator after inviting events

    Maintain proper inventory and restock supplies as needed

    Maintain an inventory of brochures, flyers, posters, tear-slips, etc.

    Obtain request for inviting supplies from the inviting Coordinators

    Request reimbursement for supplies from the Finance Couple

    Attend Weekend Pillar meetings 2-3 times per year, or as scheduled by the Weekend Pillar Coordinator
