REGISTRATION
COUPLE
The
Registration Couple registers couples for the weekends, based upon registration
forms or phone call-ins. They will
also be available to answer questions from couples requiring additional
information. Additional
responsibilities include preparing and mailing pre-weekend lists to the Marriage
Encounter community support and team couples and providing the weekend couples
with the basic information they need for the weekend, such as maps, check-in
times, dress code, bring-a-drink-to-share, and other relevant information.
Specific responsibilities of the Registration Couple are:
Provide
information on M.E. to couples who call or request it
Receive
registration forms from couples through mail, or take registrations over the
phone
Follow up
with couples who requested more information or showed an interest in M.E., but
who have not yet registered
Send
confirmations to registered couples
Inform couples of essentials (directions, time, dress, etc.)
Forward
registration fees to Finance Couple
Send a copy of the pre-weekend letter which
is sent to couples attending the Weekend to all Weekend Pillar
Couples (i.e. Weekend Pillar Coordinator, Prayer Couple Coordinator,
Prayer Scroll Coordinator, Area Coordinator, Facilities Contact, etc.)
Keep Area
Coordinators, Recruiting Coordinators, Community Pillar Coordinator and Weekend
Pillar Coordinator informed on the status of the weekends
Maintain
list of couples for the weekends, and send copies to:

Coordinators/Ecclesial Team

All
couples directly involved in putting on the weekend
Make
direct confirmations with registered couples
Confer
with Facility Couple on special requests (diet, etc.)
If weekend

registrations for another weekend

registered couples of the change

Recruiting Coordinators and 800 E-mail Couple
Attend
Weekend Pillar meetings 2-3 times per year, or as scheduled by the Weekend
Pillar Coordinators
